Really I'd look at the other things he has done in just a day. For instance I saw an article that he just banned horse drawn carriages. It looks like a continuation of Nanny-time for NYC.

I'm just out of college and I had work to do over the holidays despite being a "professional" in a STEM field. There is no such thing as snow days anymore.
